创立于1989年的“加拿大研究专项奖”为中国学者提供一个在加拿大进行为期5周的访问机会。在加拿大期间，中国学者将参观、访问加拿大高等院校和科研机构，会见加拿大学者，收集相关资料，进行各自的项目研究。回国后，获得奖学金的学者将要通过教授有关加拿大内容的课程，或发表，出版关于加拿大的学术论文和图书，或进行加拿大问题的课题研究，以继续深化加拿大研究。

加拿大研究专项奖(SACS)介绍

通过加拿大研究专项奖项目，中国学者可以利用五周的时间去加拿大的高等院校、科研机构建立最广泛的学术联系,收集相关资料,熟悉加拿大的研究方法,回国后继续深化加拿大研究工作(如教授有关加拿大内容的课程,或发表、出版关于加拿大问题的论文/专著，或进行加拿大问题的课题研究)。

我们欢迎对加拿大研究报有兴趣的年轻学者申请该项目。

按规定，SACS项目提供赴加往返机票和加拿大国内机票(限三个城市)及研究津贴 （900加元/1周)。

3. 申请资格:

申请者必须符合如下条件：

中国大陆高等院校或研究所从事全职教学或研究的中国学者;在以下领域致力于加拿大研究或者加中比较研究(学科领域按优先顺序排列):

法制，人权和良好治理

和平和安全

环境保护/能源

经济发展与竞争

公共卫生政策和管理

多样化管理

公共政策分析和公共管理

教育(包括教育管理和经济学)

新闻学和媒体管理

政治和历史

文学,艺术和文化

以及其他反映加拿大与中国全面接触的领域

· 大学本科以上学历(包括本科);

· 三年以上工作经验；

• 精通英语或法语(录取前需进行外语口试);

• 致力于通过以下方式在国内宣传加拿大：

开展加拿大问题的课题研究

或

发表、出版关于加拿大的文章和图书

或

教授有关加拿大内容的课程

· 三年内(即从2007年以来)未享受过“加拿大研究专项奖”（SACS）和“中加学者交换项目”（CCSEP）两项之一任项奖学金.

注意：持有加拿大永久居民卡的中国公民不享受该奖学金项目。

4. 申请程序:

a.SACS申请表一份(请用英或法文填写, A4纸打印)

b.两封推荐信:由本单位或者加拿大研究机构提供(英,法文均可)

c.本校外事处/人事处同意离岗赴加学习、研究的书面证明一份(中文)

d.申请者本人名片一张
